The message is not spam or an advertisement. It does not have any political implication. The question is related to software and it is in English. Unfortunately, if the link to the official source is down, there may not be an alternative to download the Poisson/Superfish software at the moment.
There is no documentation on the web, but after the software has been installed, you will find it in the installation directory.
This is the default install directory: C:\LANL\. Look for this folder then access the Docs folder and you should find all the help you need about the software.
The files are in DOC format which means you'll need a Word compatible application.
Poisson Superfish is developed by Los Alamos National Laboratory and it's used in calculating static magnetic and electric field and radio-frequency electromagnetic fields in Cartesian coordinates. After the data is filled, the program generates a triangular mesh fitted of different materials in the geometry. You might need to visit the official website to find more information about the software and the way it works. The menu on the left sends you to various parts of the page to gather information.
